Wall-mounted FM200 Automatic Fire Suppression System


Description:

  Heptafluoropropane (HFC-227ea, FM-200) is a colorless, odorless, and non-conductive gas. It is characterized by its cleanliness, low toxicity, good electrical insulation, and high fire extinguishing efficiency. Particularly, it does not damage the ozone layer and has a relatively short residual time in the atmosphere. Its environmental performance is significantly better than that of halogenated alkanes. It is one of the most successfully developed clean gas fire extinguishing agents so far and is regarded as the most ideal product to replace halon 1301 and 1211.
  The suspended heptafluoropropane fire extinguishing device (electromagnetic type) is composed of a fire extinguishing agent storage tank, electromagnetic drive components, nozzles, pressure display components, and signal feedback components. It can be suspended or fixed on the wall and used in conjunction with fire detectors, manual buttons, alarm bells, sound alarms, fire alarm controllers and other alarm devices. The heptafluoropropane suspended fire extinguishing device features advanced design, reliable performance, simple operation and good environmental protection.

Type:

  FM200 hanging fire extinguishing equipment is divided into two types: temperature induction and electromagnetic induction.
 

  The suspended HFC-227ea fire extinguishing device (fixed temperature) relies on the room-temperature glass bulb in the valve to expand and rupture during a fire, opening the valve to release the extinguishing agent.
 

  The suspended HFC-227ea fire extinguishing device (electromagnetic) consists of an extinguishing agent storage tank, electromagnetic drive components, nozzle, pressure display, and signal feedback components. It can be hung or fixed on a wall and is used in conjunction with alarm devices such as fire detectors, manual push buttons, alarm bells, sound alarms, and fire alarm controllers.

Activation Method:

Temperature Control: This fire extinguishing controller relies on the valve's temperature-controlled glass bulb to expand and rupture during a fire, achieving its extinguishing effect. At temperatures generally around 68°C, the bulb automatically ruptures and releases the fire extinguishing agent.
 

Electromagnetic: Electromagnetic control is primarily available in two control modes: automatic and manual.
 

Electromagnetic Automatic: This fire extinguishing controller is equipped with both a smoke detector and a temperature-controlled heat detector.
The controller features a control mode selector. When in the "Automatic" position, the controller operates in automatic mode. If only one detector generates a fire signal, the controller will emit an audible and visual fire alarm to notify the user of the abnormality without activating the fire extinguishing device to release the extinguishing agent.
If activation of the fire extinguishing device is absolutely necessary, press the "Emergency Start Button" to activate the device and release the extinguishing agent to extinguish the fire.
When both detectors simultaneously emit fire signals, the controller emits audible and visual fire signals, notifying personnel of a fire and urging them to evacuate the scene. It also issues a linkage command, shutting down connected equipment such as fans and fire dampers. After a 30-second delay, it issues a fire extinguishing command, activating the solenoid valve, opening the container valve, and releasing the fire extinguishing agent to extinguish the fire.
If, during the alarm process, the fire extinguishing device is no longer required to activate, the "Emergency Stop" button outside the protected area or on the control panel can be pressed to terminate the control extinguishing command, preventing the activation of the fire extinguishing device and releasing the fire extinguishing agent to extinguish the fire.

Manual Electrical Operation: When the control mode selector on the controller is in the "Manual" position, the fire extinguishing controller is in manual control.
In this case, when the fire detectors emit a fire alarm signal, the controller issues an audible and visual fire alarm signal without activating the fire extinguishing device.
After personnel have confirmed that a fire has occurred, they can press the "Emergency Start" button outside the protected area or on the controller panel to activate the fire extinguishing device, release the fire extinguishing agent, and extinguish the fire.
However, the alarm signal remains. Regardless of whether the device is in automatic or manual mode, pressing any emergency start button will activate the fire extinguishing device, release the fire extinguishing agent, and put out the fire.
At the same time, the controller will immediately enter the fire extinguishing alarm state.
